Well here's the place to get an application to fill out and send the old fashioned way to the SHOTMAN. This is the section where the application for registration to either the SHOTMAN September 2008 Beginner Basketball Program, or the Beyond the Basics Program, which are both being held at the Grand Slam on 910 Oak Tree Avenue in South Plainfield, New Jersey.  Follow the directions below.
