This DVD is for basketball players from ages fifth grade to freshman in college. It covers developing proper shooting techniques such as hand positioning, elbow positioning, footwork, and follow through. The DVD also looks at how to shoot a quicker jump shot and visualization techniques.

In addition, there are drills and games that help put these shooting concepts into practice. Drills include: Mikan Drill, Reverse Mikan Drill, Set Shots, Foul Shooting, Three Point Shooting, Shooting off the dribble, and off the pass from the left, right, and middle. Games include Beat The Pro, Box Series, and 3s, 2s, and 1s. See a sample of what's in the DVD now. To view the DVD clip, you must have QuickTime. You can download it from Apple's web site. Windows users can obtain QuickTime for Windows as well.
