Players Will Learn

Players will learn the following:

• The latest in mental training and visualization that will make their shot permanent, and improve their FG% and FT%.
• To transfer mental techniques of shooting to other parts of their game including personal and team goals.
• How to overcome anxiety and build self-esteem in order to handle game situations positively.
• Special drills that they can use in the comfort of their own home while watching t.v., listening to music, or just when they can't go outside to play basketball.
